We still stand strong in this foundation and first and foremost want to make sure that our customers are happy, healthy, and as educated as possible while doing the hardest job in the world - raising the next generation! 

You hear us talk about RSV quite a bit on the blog and have even gone viral for sharing this message on social media, so it’s no surprise that it is top of mind for us and parents all over the world. 

Due to the unprecedented increase in RSV cases this year, we are running low on stock and have reserved a limited supply for healthcare providers and parents whose children have been diagnosed with RSV. All other sales will be processed upon restocking for mid-to-late December delivery.

We know you have many questions about our current restocking issues, so we want to be as transparent as possible and ensure you have all the answers you need. Below and questions and answers to our most asked questions:

My NozeBot hasn’t shipped, but I saw you’re only selling to healthcare workers and parents with children who have RSV. Will I still receive my order, or will it get canceled?  

Yes, absolutely! If you ordered a NozeBot before we released our limited-inventory messaging, you’re guaranteed to receive the product within the timeframe you chose at checkout, whether that was standard or express (2-day) shipping.

My baby doesn’t have RSV right now, but with how many cases there are, I’m scared my child will get it and want a NozeBot now. Can you make an exception? 

As parents, we completely understand the fear around your child getting RSV and are doing everything we can to support you and your family during this tridemic. However, due to the unprecedented increase in RSV cases this year, we are prioritizing orders to parents with children who are exhibiting symptoms to ensure families with an immediate need can receive a NozeBot.

If you can delay your order, we have a pre-sale or waitlist on our website, and when you sign up, you’ll be the first to know when we start taking pre-orders, which will guarantee you a NozeBot once our next shipment arrives in mid- to late-December.

Do you know when the NozeBot will be back in stock? 

We’re estimating to be restocked between December 15 - December. 18*. If you sign up for our waitlist via our website, you’ll be immediately notified when we return to normal inventory levels for immediate shipment.

If I purchase the NozeBot during the pre-sale, how will I know when my order will ship and get delivered? 

You’ll receive email communication when your order ships and when it’s delivered. Additionally, you can track the shipment via the tracking number we provide once your NozeBot is shipped. 

If I purchase the NozeBot during the pre-sale, will my order be further delayed due to the holidays? 

We are estimating to receive our shipment between December 15 - December 18, and our team is prepared to ship out all pre-orders immediately afterward. Our orders are typically shipped via UPS, and we cannot predict unforeseen delays on behalf of the courier, but we are doing all we can to ensure packages are delivered in a timely manner.

Will 2-day shipping still be available if I pre-order? 

Yes, you can still select express (2-day) shipping at checkout. However, the order will not be shipped until we fully restock our inventory. You’ll be notified via email and can check the delivery status with the tracking number we provide. 

If medical attention is needed, please seek immediate medical care. 

If your child does not have an immediate need and you can delay your order, we’re accepting pre-orders on our website, and your NozeBot will ship immediately after our team restocks our inventory. You can also visit our blog for educational content related to RSV HERE.
