What should I do if my NozeBot® won't charge?

A single, solid green light on the NozeBot indicates the product is not actively being charged when plugged in (you should see a blinking light). Here are a few steps to help resolve this:

  1. Please ensure you are using the white micro-USB charging cable provided with the NozeBot.

  2. If you are using a wall outlet adapter, try charging using a different adapter or different outlet.

  3. Try using the USB port on a laptop or desktop computer to charge the NozeBot. This can help reset the charging behavior.

Please allow your NozeBot to stay connected to the charger for an extended period (minimum 3 hours).

If this doesn't solve your problem, please reach out to our team at hello@drnozebest.com!

Which level of suction should I use?

The NozeBot has three settings: low, medium, and high. All three are safe to use on your child. We recommend starting with the lowest setting to gauge success—use higher settings based on your judgment and the thickness of mucus. Remember, you’re the boss! And feel free to try it out on yourself.

The filter helps to prevent mucus from getting sucked into the tubing and/or pump. (Thank goodness you’re not using your own mouth suction, right?)
