How do I clean the nozepiece?
Wash with warm soapy water or put into the dishwasher.
Is this dishwasher safe?
The tubing and nozepiece are both dishwasher safe.
How frequently do I need to clean the nozepieces and tubing?
We recommend cleaning after each use to prevent germ spread. The nozepiece should be replaced or cleaned when using on multiple children. The tubing can be cleaned less frequently as long as there is no liquid inside.
Why is there a reduction in suction?
A reduction in suction may be due to saline or mucus dripping into the device. It is important to ensure the filter is properly in the nozepiece to prevent dripping into the tube and beyond (this may be more common with severe congestion). You can also help prevent this by removing and cleaning the tubing after use.
Why does the NozeBot On the Go have less suction compared to the NozeBot?
The On the Go is meant to have less suction compared to the NozeBot. It is smaller and runs on AA batteries, rather than rechargeable. The On the Go is meant for regular mild congestion, and the NozeBot is intended for regular and severe congestion.
Why won’t it turn on?

Can I use the nozepiece that comes with it for my newborn?
Yes, the standard nozepiece can be used on anyone. If you are noticing a difficult time with the nozepiece sealing around the nostril, the newborn nozepiece may be beneficial for the littlest noses.
How frequently can I use this on my child?
Use as frequently as needed to help clear congestion.
What age range should this be used for?
This device is safe for all ages. It is most effective for children who do not yet know how to properly blow their noses.
How loud is the device?
The NozeBot will emit a vibration/buzzing when turned on. If it is too loud for your child, move the device further away as the long tubing allows, or put a blanket over the machine to move the noise away from the baby’s face.
How often should I replace the tubing and nozepiece?
The tubing and nozepieces are reusable, however we recommend replacing them every few months to maintain the cleanliness.
How often should I replace the filters?
Filters should be changed when wet mucus has touched the filter.
My NozeBot is leaking, what should I do?
Avoid getting any fluids in the tubing and machine. If fluids do go through the machine, it will come out through a drain in the bottom. Wipe off the machine, then put it on a towel and turn it on. It will turn off on its own after 3 minutes. This will help flush any fluid out of it. Repeat as needed.

Humidifier FAQ
How do I clean it?
The tank should be hand-washed. Simply remove it, pour out any excess water, rinse, and wipe with a towel. Refill with water and you’re good to go!
How often do I need to clean it?
Hand-wash once a week to prevent build up. Make sure to wipe down the mist reservoir. If you are not using the humidifier for 1 week or longer, do not leave water inside the tank. Instead, clean, dry, and store the humidifier.
How often do I need to refill the tank?
Depending on the humidity levels, the BreatheEZ can run for 70 hours. You’ll want to refill the tank roughly once or twice a week.
What kind of water should I use?
We recommend using purified or filtered water. This will prevent any impact on the performance of the humidifier sensors and is better for the environment.
Why does it make noise/what noise is normal?
A white noise/misting noise is normal. A rattling, creaking, mechanical, etc. noise is not.
How can I prevent it from leaking?
If it’s leaking, we recommend removing the tank and fully dry the bottom of the tank and inside of the humidifier. Then reinstall the tank and make sure it’s fully seated.
My humidifier isn’t running on smart mode.
Check the display to see the current humidity levels. If it is over 60 then the room is over the optimal humidity level. The machine will not run until more humidity needs to be added.
My monitor is showing different levels than the humidifier.
If the monitor is in a different place as the humidifier, this is normal. The BreatheEZ humidifier monitors the humidity levels in microclimate
Where should I place my humidifier?
You should place the humidifier within 6 feet of the crib or bed for optimal performance. The mist should be spraying towards the bed.
Is the BreatheEZ humidifier designed for use with essential oils?
No, you should not use any essential oils or other additives to the water. Essential oils have potential side effects including increased mucus production.
What size room is the humidifier effective for?
This humidifier is effective in any sized room. It is designed to create a microclimate around the baby/person so the humidity will be focused to one area.
Are there bright lights on the display that will wake my baby up?
No, the display automatically turns off to ensure a dark, distraction free environment.
Are replacement filters required?
There are no filters used in our humidifier.
What level of humidity should I want?
The optimal humidity level is between 50-60
