Returns & Warranty
We are confident you’ll love Dr. Noze Best products and will find that they help your baby breathe better. We also know that babies take time to adapt to new products, so if your child doesn’t immediately react well to a Dr. Noze Best product, we recommend slowly introducing them to the product over multiple days to help your baby adjust. We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase, but if that is not the case, please see the following details regarding our return policy:
- We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the order delivery date
- To receive a full refund, items must meet the following conditions:
- Product must be unused and repacked appropriately with all accessory parts and documentation in original packaging
- Product must be purchased directly from Dr. Noze Best or an authorized partner.
We CANNOT accept returns for used products as safety is the top priority for our employees. The used product presents an exposure risk of contaminated material to our staff, and returns will not be accepted if there is any sign of product usage or contamination.
To initiate a return, please email us at email@example.com. You will need your order number to complete your refund request. If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your item is received and inspected, your return will be processed, and a refund will be issued within 5 to 10 business days.
Please note that return shipment for your order will be free of charge, but original order shipping costs (i.e. express shipping) will not be refunded.

Dr. Noze Best offers a 6-month limited warranty on our products. If your Dr. Noze Best product appears to be defective or malfunctioning, even if outside of the warranty window, please reach out to our team at email@example.com so we can help make things right. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
For this warranty to be valid, you must purchase the Dr. Noze Best product from an authorized retailer and provide a valid proof of purchase. If you purchased the Dr. Noze Best product from an unauthorized retailer (or if the original factory serial number has been removed or altered), this warranty will be void and your product will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by (a) failure to follow Dr. Noze Best’s instructions or warnings when using or storing the product; (b) misuse or accident, or otherwise, including in cases of third-party actions and force majeure; or (c) normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, abuse, improper storage and handling, accident, self-repair, third party repair, or alterations.
In no event shall Dr. Noze Best be liable for incidental or consequential damages. (Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.)
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and is the sole remedy with respect to product defects. This warranty gives specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
