We hope you love our products and offer a customer satisfaction guarantee! If you are not satisfied for any reason, orders may be returned or exchanged within 30 calendar days of delivery date. Return shipment is free of charge. To receive full refund, items must be unused and repacked appropriately with all parts and purchased directly from Dr. Noze Best or an authorized retailer.

Once item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 5-10 business days.

Do you offer a warranty?

Dr. Noze Best offers a 6-month limited warranty on our products. If your Dr. Noze Best product appears to be defective or malfunctioning, even if outside of the warranty window, please reach out to our team at hello@drnozebest.com so we can help make things right.
